Beforehand, we help you select the suitable parties to realise your villa. During construction we provide intensive guidance, we visit the construction site very regularly and communicate with you as our client about the progress and small details that you might want to adjust during the construction. We regularly send you photos and videos to give you a good idea of the progress. Together with the technical architect we check if everything is built in accordance with the plans and meet the quality requirements, we also keep a close eye on the time schedule and budget and discuss this on a regular basis during construction meetings with all parties involved, such as architects and structural engineers. In short, we are your extension in Spain!
Furthermore, we will support you in choosing the various materials that will be used during construction for the kitchen, bathrooms and window frames, among other things. In the region we find a range of showrooms.
