In our search on the Costa Blanca, we heard about Bocasa through a colleague. We phoned Walter during our stay in August and were very hospitably received at their office a few days later; it immediately felt good and familiar. Walter, Jill and Marcel had already selected several flats in Moraira which we could view immediately. One jumped out and we bought this beautiful flat with sea view. In this process we were completely relieved by the Bocasa team from the beginning to the key transfer but also afterwards (insurance, utilities, internet transfer/connection, etc.) thanks to their expertise and broad local network.
