As mentioned earlier, our way of working stands for an open and honest approach to our clients. We give you our (at times confronting) opinion and we do not sugarcoat things. 

Of course, as our client, you will ultimately decide which way we go, then at least all sides of your decision have been addressed and considered.

We also see to it that the entire process is handled in a transparent and legally sound manner. We can assist you in obtaining the necessary NIE number, put you in touch with various mortgage lenders, lawyers and/or gestors, often in your own language. Additionally, we will help you with matters such as transferring electricity and water contracts, obtaining internet and/or TV, insurance and so on.
