Walter
Walter previously operated independently as an agent for one of the larger local real estate and construction companies. For this, in addition to the purchase and sale of existing homes and plots, he was frequently involved in new build projects and construction supervision. Even after completion he assisted his clients with all kinds of practical and administrative matters. Walters' roots lie in Brabant in Holland and after years of living and working in Belgium he settled permanently in Moraira.

Marcel
Marcel established himself as a sole purchasing agent in Javea several years ago and in 2021 he moved his office to Moraira. His main focus has been on finding suitable properties for his clientele, on the full guidance of the purchase and familiarizing his clients with the area. This starts with providing information and continues via the introduction to lawyers, banks and mortgage advisors to arranging practical matters such as insurance, internet, TV etc.. Marcel is from Rotterdam but after years of living and working in the Middle East he finally settled in Moraira.

Jill
Jill previously worked for one of the well-known Spanish local real estate agents. She mainly worked in the office receiving clients, supporting her colleagues in sales and preparing all the paperwork for purchases and sales. She also took on some of the tasks usually performed by a lawyer. If required, she also handled viewings with clients and at BoCasa that is where you will find Jill, besides all her office duties, more and more often. Jill also has Dutch - Belgian roots but after her studies in Valencia she resides in beautiful Moraira as well.
