About us Region

The Costa Blanca is one of the most popular areas in Europe for people who want to enjoy the Mediterranean life with its award winning beaches, beautiful bays, delicious gastronomy and of course the more than 300 days of sunshine per year. It is therefore very popular with the English, Scandinavians, Dutch, Belgians and many other Europeans as well as with the Spanish themselves. Among buyers of real estate we see the same mix of nationalities, although in recent years the Dutch and Belgians have predominated.

Our work is focused at the Costa Blanca North, particularly on the area between Denia and Calpe and from there inland to the Jalon valley.

Here you will find, among others, the lovely coastal towns of Moraira, Javea and the Benissa Costa, the varied interior with e.g. Benissa, Benitachell, Teulada and the Jalon valley, as well as the Cumbre del Sol with its beautiful location and sea views.
