We assist you throughout the entire building process, from the acquisition of the plot, the design and development, to the construction and completion of the house. In doing so, we only cooperate with the best parties in the field of construction and design, such as renowned architects, technical architects and construction companies. Our partners apply the latest construction techniques to realize your dream villa in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

Purchase of the building plot The selection and choice of the building plot is a very essential part of the construction process. The plot is the basis of your project and determines what happens next. We offer you a very wide and varied range of building plots at the Costa Blanca and make a selection based on your personal wishes regarding location, visibility, facilities in the area and your budget.
Design & development Based on the selection of the plot and your specific housing needs, the creative team we cooperate with, will start working on the first designs. We will put you in contact with a choice of reputable architects, matching with the style of home you want to realize. They will further work out the design in detailed floor plans and a realistic 3D artist impression, giving you a very clear picture of what the house will look like. After this the necessary adjustments can of course be made and if it is completely in line with your wishes, we offer the project to several constructors and a quotation will be made. Obviously, we can help you to select the right parties.
Contract and building permit Once the design and budget are approved by you, the building contract can be signed. Depending on the municipality where your plot is located, the approval may take between 4 and 12 months. In the meantime, it is possible to start with the preparation of the plot, so when the permit is received we can immediately start the actual construction work, which on average takes about 14 months to deliver a villa.
Construction supervision During the construction, we will communicate with you, as the principal, about the progress and small details that you might want to adjust during the construction. We regularly send you photos and videos to give you a good idea of the progress. We visit the construction very regularly and together with the technical architect we check if everything is built according to the plans and meets the quality requirements. Of course, we also keep a close eye on the time schedule and the budget. In short, we are your counterpart in Spain! Furthermore, we guide you in choosing the various materials that will be used during construction for e.g. the kitchen and bathrooms, in the region we find a range of showrooms.
Completion Congratulations!!! The construction is complete, you will receive the key to your villa and can start enjoying it. We make sure that the new construction is registered in your name and that everything is registered correctly. For your peace of mind, all our construction partners provide a 10-year construction warranty.
Interior and exterior design A beautiful villa is not complete without a matching interior and decoration, a thoughtfully landscaped Mediterranean garden and a balanced lighting plan.
