BoCasa services to potential buyers

We only focus on your priorities, therefore we will never come up with properties that do not match your set preferences. After all, we do not sell real estate, we only represent your interests as a buyer. That is why we will never push you in the direction of a certain property.

• Orientation: In which region, town or neighborhood do you want to buy?
• Your new home: What kind of property do you want us to find for you?
• Visit: If required we assist you in arranging your flights and stay;
• Viewings: We will set up the appointments and accompany you to visit your selection;
• Negotiations: We will negotiate the final purchase price. Of course, in close consultation with you.

External services

We will be able to inform you in many areas, but for some matters it really is a must to coordinate with professionals. We set up meetings or assist you with:

• Banks: For mortgage related advice and offers as well as the opening of a Spanish bank account;
• Application NIE-number: a fiscal identification number required for several official proceedings;
• Introduction with legal representative: lawyer or gestor, English speaking if desired;
• Structural engineer: for a professional opinion or an architectural report;
• POA: Arranging a Power of Attorney if necessary.

Aftersale services

Also after the sale our support does not finish. There are still a number of things that need to be arranged and we gladly assist and/or advise you on following services:

• Transfer/application of utilities;
• Internet and TV;
• Pool- and garden maintenance;
• Property management;
• Advice on rental services;
• Renovations;
• Interior design.
