Finca Viñent is located in a cul-de-sac at 10 minutes by car from both Benissa and Calpe. When you arrive at this finca you will immediately feel the tranquility that the environment and finca radiate. Very characteristic are the handmade tiled floor, the original walls and the subtle details like lighting, wooden shutters for the windows and the old beams in the ceiling. From the living room you enter a hallway (currently used as an office) with interior staircase and guest toilet in the large master bedroom with lots of closet space, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, both finished in micro cement. In this bedroom the old fireplace has been preserved with part of the original floor. From the master bedroom we enter a separately accessible and lockable second bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating.

An internal staircase leads to the lockable first floor which can also be accessed via an external staircase.  On this floor we find a separate studio with kitchenette, bathroom the shower with beautiful views. In addition, a second living room with its own terrace and separate toilet and kitchenette. Here too, much care has been taken to preserve the characteristic elements of the finca. Here we find a fourth double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a fifth bedroom with bathroom with shower and lofty ceiling with a possibility to sleep above the bathroom.
