Downstairs the guest apartment's alternative access is via it's front door at pool level in the naya. Inside there is another shower room /wc, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a utility room, a large master bedroom with access via a door directly to the terrace and a large en-suite bathroom including a built-in jacuzzi bath. The living/dining area is large with a small kitchenette. To the left is a bedroom with a dressing room that shares a bathroom with the third bedroom and has built in wardrobes. On the right side we enter the large bedroom 1 complete with an en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower.
Directly outside the guest apartment there is the spacious pool terrace and the 9 x 4m2 free-form shape pool with a hot & cold pool shower next to it, perfect for rinsing off after a swim. Around the terrace there is lots of space for relaxing on sun loungers here and also dining outdoors. At the back of the terrace, there is a barbecue area with an under-build used as a store room.
The villa has a low maintenance Mediterranean garden surrounding it and at the front of the plot there are additional terraces that have mature orange, grapefruit, plum and nispero fruit trees.
