Javea is a popular tourist destination because of its beautiful beaches, clear waters, and Mediterranean climate. Javea has three main areas: the old town, the port and the Arenal (the promenade with the wide sandy beach). The Old Town offers narrow streets and historic buildings, while the port is a picturesque place with many bars and restaurants. The Javea Arenal offers a beautiful beach, considered one of the best beaches at the Costa Blanca.
Javea also has a number of activities of interest to tourists. There are several water sports options, including scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing and kayaking. There are also numerous hiking trails, including the Montgó Natural Park, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and the coves of La Granadella and Portitxol. Moreover, it is a good base for exploring the surrounding towns and villages, including Denia, Moraira and Calpe. All in all, Javea is a wonderful destination at the Costa Blanca with something for everyone.
